Can tell you I have the power to heal. Am also an empath. Maybe a story along those lines I'll share later. But this was a walk I took in my mind to meet a known psychic on Face Book. I sent her a message earlier that day with the time I was going to meet her. I began my breathing techniques and reached an equilibrium in my meditation. I saw myself step out of the darkness the cave I came from out into the dimly lit tree covered area. As I walked was noticing the blurry tree tops and grass below my feet. I was alone in a forest the sun going down behind me. As I walk on I see gravestones appear as if I'm walking into an ancient graveyard. I am a little spooked by the silence but instinctively pursue on. As I reach the other side I find a green park bench with what from the back appeared a beautiful woman in a long silky blue dress. As I walk up she stands and looks me in the eyes. It was a lovely familiar face of my Face Book friend. She sensually puts her hand on my side and shakes my hand with her other. We sit down and nothing was said we just sat there and looked at each other. Then she leaned over to me and whispered in my ear that she wanted to show me something. She turned away face out of sight then back with a very evil looking face more like a skull of bloody bones. I got real nervous and quickly looked around for an escape route. I stood up looked again and then high tailed it out of there. I went to her Face Book page and we talked one time about it. I never went so far and so deep again.
I used to meditate 2-4 hours a day with a set of brainwaves I created for psychic connection/induction. It scared me. I know I can go to other places, contact the spirit world, and see action at a distance. I really should develop it but don't have a good reason to motivate me. Balance is key to everything...

Thank you for your post CC, I can sympathize with not wanting to go as far as we are able to at times anyway - the only thing holding us back is the Fear of our fully realized self.
